Having joined to this surgery when I moved house, I was delighted with the level of care they provide and the friendliness of the staff. I am a Type 1 Diabetic and have been for 28 years. In all my time visiting various Diabetes clinics I never realised the poor standard of care I was evidently receiving. Dr West (my GP) and Claire the Diabetes specialist nurse have been amazing at keeping me well informed of changes in Diabetes care and properly informed. I am happy to discuss any aspect of my health with them and feel confident they are providing me with all the information I need. With the surgery now also making use of the Patient Access service I am able to manage my repeat prescriptions and book appointments online at my own convenience. I'm very happy to have stumbled across this wonderful surgery and can say I wouldn't hesitate to recommend their service, care and community to anyone.
